libafsrpc1 software package provides AFS distributed file system runtime library (RPC layer), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libafsrpc1
libafsrpc1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libafsrpc1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libafsrpc1 *
You will get with libafsrpc1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
